Helena Aguilar Giralt

Hello!

I'm Helena Aguilar Giralt. I am an artist by vocation. I was born and raised in Barcelona.

Since I was a child, I always loved drawing and painting. Art was always very present in my life, because my grandfather, Ramón Aguilar Moré, was a renowned Spanish painter and I grew up surrounded by his paintings. I grew up and art always accompanied me. 

When I finished school, I chose to do the artistic baccalaureate, but I ended up studying Law. I graduated and then did a master's degree in law to specialize, as well as a postgraduate degree in Mediation.

Then I went to live in Andalusia for eight years and lived in the wonderful cities of Granada, Cádiz and Malaga, a city with which I maintain a close relationship.I became a mother, and it was at that time that the possibility of rediscovering watercolor arose for me. 

Since that day I have not stopped painting, learning and growing. Painting is my passion and I couldn't be more grateful to be able to dedicate myself to it every day of my life.
